What does flat-rate managed IT actually include?

How fast do you respond to support tickets?
Our median first response across all priority levels is under one hour during business hours. P1 incidents are answered by a human within minutes of being filed.
Do you really do free M365 / Google Workspace migrations?
Yes. Sign on as a managed client and your full migration is included. You pay only platform licensing fees to Microsoft or Google. We cover every hour of planning, cutover, and post-migration support.
Which NYC boroughs do you cover?
We dispatch from Manhattan and cover all five boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island — with target on-site response within two hours for inner-borough work.
What size firm do you support?
Most clients are between 10 and 150 seats. We have plans designed for sub-15-seat boutiques and dedicated vCIO engagements for firms over 75 seats with SOC 2 or HIPAA obligations.
Do you support both Mac and Windows?
Yes — we're deliberately cross-platform. Many NYC clients run a mix of Mac for partner / creative work and Windows for general operations. We administer both under a single MDM and conditional access policy.
Do you support SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance?
Yes. Our Operator tier includes a dedicated vCIO who co-owns evidence collection, control mapping, and auditor liaison. The underlying stack already aligns with most controls out of the box.
How does pricing work?
